The challenge
Rivet Health came to us at a turning point. The business had grown quickly, but the space no longer reflected the quality of what they actually do.
Our approach
Rather than chase trends, we leaned into what makes Rivet Health different. Every decision was tested against real use, not mood boards.
Our focus was on planning first. Get that right and everything else has something to hang from.
The outcome
The work has since been featured in several design publications, but what we're proudest of is how naturally Rivet Health has made it their own.
