Years of incremental changes had left Marlow Gallery with a space that felt inconsistent. The goal was to bring everything back to a single, clear idea.

We worked in short, open cycles, sharing rough ideas early and often. Keeping the Marlow Gallery team close to the process made the final decisions feel obvious.

Rather than chase trends, we leaned into what makes Marlow Gallery different. Every decision was tested against real use, not mood boards.

The work has since been featured in several design publications, but what we're proudest of is how naturally Marlow Gallery has made it their own.
