Sable Hotels came to us at a turning point. The business had grown quickly, but the space no longer reflected the quality of what they actually do.

We began by listening — workshops, site visits and long conversations with the people closest to the work. A few recurring themes quickly became the backbone of the project.

We worked in short, open cycles, sharing rough ideas early and often. Keeping the Sable Hotels team close to the process made the final decisions feel obvious.

The project was completed in spring 2022. Feedback from Sable Hotels and the people who use it every day has been overwhelmingly positive.
